Are we heading to a new “Dark Ages”?
In an amazing development in Juneau County Wisconsin, Republican District Attorney Scott Southworth has written a letter to local school districts telling teachers they could be arrested for teaching about contraceptives in sex-ed class.
Wisconsin recently passed the “Healthy Youth Act” which requires schools with sex-education to teach age-appropriate information including how to use birth-control. Parents are permitted to remove their children from sex-ed classes, but the DA says if teachers give information about birth control, they could still face charges.
