We Give It To Military Contractors

We spend over $17B annually to maintain a nuclear arsenal that would wipe out the entire planet many times over. The US alone has more than 150,000 Hiroshima sized bombs. Watch this video from Ben Cohen of Ben&Jerry’s and see what I mean.

If after you see the video you want to take action, call or write your congressperson and tell them to approve the new arms reduction agreement our President has negotiated with the Russians. If we quit spending this money on Nukes, we can spend it on schools, Medicare, supporting our veterans, Healthcare, there are a lot of things we need that are more important.
